Increased strictness over the last few years including a requirement to notify the chain of command and getting permission to blog. Penalties are really nasty for non-compliance. You also have to do this from your own computer and not any government one. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It is all services (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard). So far the only uniformed services that don&#039;t seem to care are NOA and PHS; which says it all right there. Some are stricter than others with the rules applying to civilians and contractors.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Stay safe and return home in health.</description>
